Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, (hereinafter, the “Terms”) regulate the relationship between the company “Samos Outdoors” with Vat Number EL143904919, with registered seat in Lekka, Samos Island, Greece, 83200,  and Registry Number (GNTO License): 0311E70000076101 (contact: info@samosoutdoors.com) (hereinafter, the “Provider” or “Administrator” or “we” or “us” or “samosoutdoors.com”) and the customer (hereinafter, the “Customer” or “User” or “you” or “your”) formalized through the use of the website “www.Samosoutdoors.com ” (hereinafter, the “Website”) by the Customer for making a reservation via the Website as well as for any other services the Customer may use and/or download from the Website. The Terms apply to all online bookings via the Website.

The Terms also regulate the access to and use of the Website by the User. The Provider is the administrator of the Website and also the Data Controller for the purposes of the applicable data protection regulation (for details on the applicable data privacy policy, please refer in section VI hereinbelow).

The use of the Website and the provision of booking services via the Website are subject to the Terms unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Provider and the Customer.

The Provider may change and update the Terms at any time, without warning you beforehand. However, once you have received confirmation of your booking, the Provider will not change the Terms applicable to that booking. It is advisable that you print out or save an electronic copy of the Terms when making a reservation.

1. BOOKING

By accessing, browsing, and using the Website and/or by making a reservation or booking a service via the Website means that you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, agreed and accepted totally and without reservation the Terms, as published on the Website at the time of use and/or booking, as applicable.

 

Booking may be made online on the Samosoutdoors.com website, by e-mail, or by Whats App.

 

For use of the Website and for making a reservation you must be over the age of 18; you undertake the liability for any use by you of the Website on behalf of any third party and for any provision by you on behalf of any third party of personal data of any third party (including minors).

After booking request for a Transfer or Service you will receive an  confirmation email from us in the next 24 hours. 

2. PRICES AND PAYMENT

 

If a travel agent or third party makes a service booking request on your behalf, they do so as your agent. At the time you submit a service booking request you will be required to pay a deposit or make full payment.

 

Prices are charged in Euros and any currency conversion facility is provided as an approximation tool only. The prices presented on the Website include the Value-Added Tax (VAT) and all other applicable taxes (if any).

 

We accept all widely used payment methods including: cash for the day of the tour for a specific selection of tours or as a deposit only cards (American Express, MasterCard/Diners International, and Visa), debit cards (Visa/Delta, Visa/Electron), IRIS, PayPal and bank transfer,s. For bank transfers, please ensure that all transaction and intermediary bank fees are covered by the sender.

3. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS BY YOU

A. Cancellations By You

Refunds are calculated based on the number of days notice provided before the scheduled tour date:

  • More than 30 days notice: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee (to cover banking and processing costs).

  • 15 to 30 days notice: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

  • Less than 14 days notice: No refund (100% cancellation fee).
    * No-Shows & Late Arrivals: If you fail to arrive at the designated meeting point or are not ready for pickup at the scheduled time, no refund will be provided.

B. Changes & Rescheduling

  • Requests to change your tour date must be made at least 14 days in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Any change requested within 14 days of the tour date will be treated as a new booking; the original payment will be forfeited according to the cancellation policy above.
     

C. Group Reductions

If your group size decreases (e.g., you book for 6 people but only 4 arrive), we cannot provide a refund for the missing participants if the change is made less than 14 days before the tour.
 

D. Provider Cancellation (Weather & Safety)

Samos Outdoors reserves the right to cancel a tour due to safety concerns or extreme weather conditions. In this event, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
Please note: "Cloudy weather" or "light rain" are not valid reasons for guest-initiated refunds.


4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

 

By entering into this Contract you implicitly declare that: You are of legal age and in full use of your mental faculties thus enabling you to comply with all your legal responsibilities concerning this agreement. You are aware of the extent of the services which are the object of this contract, of the aforementioned information concerning us, of the content of these Special Terms as well as General Terms and conditions. You understand that you must notify us as soon as is reasonably possible of any alteration to the details that you have provided.

It is your responsibility to provide at the time of reservation full and accurate addresses for the pickup and destination points.
