Samos-tours welcomes you to a heart opening retreat in the beautiful Samos Island in the Northern Aegean Sea. Through the combination of the relaxed lifestyle in the island and the daily practice of yoga, you will calm your body, find inner peace and harmony, and reach a balance you can take back home with you when it’s time to go. You will be taught different styles of yoga based on Hatha yoga predominantly, with mellow Ashtanga inspired classes full of dynamism and discipline. Classes are suitable for all levels, including yoga newbies.
You will begin your day with a morning yoga session. Vegetarian meals cooked with love from Eleni with local olive oil and vegetables from our garden. During the week, you will have two daily trips to go on hikes and visit architectural sites around the island, letting you explore this beautiful, ancient paradise. When you return from your day’s activities, you will relax with the second session of yoga before dinner. In addition to these, you will have guided meditation sessions to help you relax completely, making you feel healthier and happier after only eight days. 8 days of freedom for you and a big opening for your heart.
